This page can enable Robert, the Broadplace Co-Ordinator, to give you remote support, follow the instructions he will give you over the phone.
You will run a small program and then enter a pass-key which Robert will give you, then he will be able to see your computer screen and, if necessary, control your mouse cursor and type text onto your sccreen.
You will retain control over your mouse and keyboard and be able to cancel the connection at any time.
